Today, a new batch of our brushes arrived at the warehouse.
Boxes everywhere. A lot of them.
The priority was simple: unload fast, secure the goods, keep the workflow moving. For a short moment, the space looked exactly like any real delivery does — controlled chaos.

Yes, there was mess.
And yes, it lasted exactly as long as it needed to.

We don’t hide this, because we don’t build our brand for appearances. Production is a process, not a photoshoot. Order comes back immediately after the last box is in place — because order is our standard, not a decorative element. At Mark Schrimm, we believe production should be transparent, not hidden behind marketing language.

Our brushes are produced in the United Kingdom and in Europe.
We do not import products from China.
If something is not made directly by us, it is sourced exclusively from British or European suppliers.

This means shorter supply chains, better quality control, and full responsibility for what we offer. We stand behind our products with our name, not with vague promises.

This post is not really about a messy warehouse.
It is about the fact that real quality starts where real work happens, not where stories are polished for show.
